A popular port town of Morocco, Essaouira is just 3 hours drive away from Marrakech. Let’s go on to the Essaouira Day Trip with us!

1) Departure Marrakech

Leave Marrakch around 8:00 in the morning. We will pick you up from your riad or hotel.

2) Start the city walk

Place Moulay Hassan

Medina in Essaouira starts from Place Moulay Hassan. You can walk on your own or our driver will show you around upon request.

3) Exploring Souk

Souk in Essaouira is one of the most popular in Morocco. A lot of varieties, good quality, sophisticated display. No wonder, this is a town of artists, people have a good taste.

4) Local Souk

Outside of the souk for tourist, you’ll find a souk for local people, shops of foods and clothes. Here you’ll also find a big varieties, foods are actually shining under the blue sky!

5) Skala

At the end of the souk, if you go up the ramparts, you’ll see the skala. This is a favorite spot for tourists and local couples, you can take romantic photos here.

6) Port

This is also something you should not miss in Essaouira. Just outside of the medina, it’s the Essaouira port. This is an international one, the entrance and the exit of the world! These blue boats can be one of the best portrait of Essaouira.

7) Goats on Argan Trees

Essouira is also known as a town of argan oil and along the road to Marrakech, you’ll find argan trees on the right and left. And look! Goats are climbing up the trees to eat argan nuts. Argan is so tasty and nutritious, it’s good to eat or put your hair or skin!

After the tour, we’ll send you back to the riad or hotel in Marrakech. This will be an 8 or 9 hours day trip.
